Who doesn’t love dancing? Ecstatic dance can put you in that trance where you will feel like you’re on top of the world. However, it is important that you select what to dance to with caution. If you listen to music that may trigger you to use, that’s really not doing you any good. Therefore, select music that won’t give you cravings. The hula hoop is used to create harmony between your soul and the universe. Using the energy that occurs during the gyrations, you’ll feel the inner joy and peace. This has to do with the heart and not the mind. Hooping will transform your inner body and soul towards total positivity.

Kundalini Yoga is spiritual. It metaphorically symbolizes the “coiled snake” within your spine. The yoga allows you to control this snake so that you may release the power within. In the end, you’ll feel healthier, stronger, and generally high on life. If Kundalini yoga doesn’t seem to be your style, try a different type of yoga, as there are many. Breathing can be used to help you relax and have inner peace. A relaxed, deep breath will relax the muscles and clear your mind of negative thoughts. To be aware of your surroundings, start by being conscious of your breathing pattern. This way, you can consciously regulate it to be in harmony with your mind to release that much-needed energy within.

Consider making love regularly, as sexual intimacy can get you feeling great on love and life. Making love regularly does more than just bring you closer to your soul mate: it makes you feel happier, healthier, and alive.
